What is rolled gold?
Rolled gold is a finish in which a layer of gold is bonded to a base metal under pressure, rather than applied as a thin plating. It gives a warmer, more durable surface than standard plating at a fraction of the cost of solid gold, which is what makes it suited to pieces worn regularly.
Is rolled gold the same as gold plated?
No. Plating deposits a very thin layer of gold electrically. Rolled gold bonds a substantially thicker layer mechanically. The practical difference is how the finish holds up to regular wear.
Will the finish last?
Looked after as described in our Jewellery Care guide, rolled gold keeps its warmth well. We do not make durability guarantees — no finish is unaffected by perfume, chlorine, humidity and daily wear.
What are your pieces made from?
Materials are listed on each product page. Most pieces are rolled gold, some with freshwater pearls, cubic zirconia or coloured stones.

Sizing
How do I choose a ring size?
The dependable method is to have a ring you already wear measured by a jeweller. Ring sizes are listed in Indian sizing on each product page.
What necklace length should I choose?
As a general guide: 40 cm sits at the base of the neck, 45 cm just below the collarbone, and 50 cm lower on the chest. Where a piece offers a choice, it is shown on the product page.
Do bracelets come in one size?
Chain bracelets include an extender so they fit a range of wrists. Bangles and cuffs are listed with their internal measurement.
Ordering
How do I buy a piece?
Open the piece you want and use Enquire on WhatsApp or Email us about this. The message arrives with the piece name, reference and your chosen option already filled in. We reply with availability, the total, and how long it will take.
Why is there no checkout?
This site is a catalogue rather than a shop. There is no basket, no account and no payment page — so nothing is charged here, and we do not hold your card details. Orders and payment are arranged with us directly.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts on this site. The heart icon saves pieces to a shortlist held only in your own browser, which you can send us in one message from the saved pieces page.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
Confirmed orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. See Shipping for delivery estimates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹5,000.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is a placeholder detail pending confirmation. Ask us when you enquire and we will tell you where things stand.
Can I return a piece?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days. Full terms are on our Returns page.
Gifting
Can you send an order as a gift?
Yes. Mention it when you enquire and we will leave the invoice out of the parcel. Every order arrives in a signature gift box with a protective pouch.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet. This is a placeholder answer and will be updated when gifting options are confirmed.
