How ordering works
This website is a catalogue rather than a shop: you cannot pay here, and there is no basket to fill.
- Find the piece you want and use Enquire on WhatsApp or Email us about this on its page. The message arrives with the piece name, reference and your chosen option already filled in.
- We confirm availability, the total including any shipping charge, and how long it will take.
- Payment is arranged directly with us. No payment is ever taken through this website.
Dispatch
Confirmed orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Orders confirmed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
You will receive confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Estimates are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date your order is confirmed.
Charges
- Complimentary shipping on orders over ₹5,000.
- Standard shipping charges apply below that value and are confirmed with you before your order is finalised.
- Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Every order is packed in a signature gift box with a protective pouch for each piece. If your order is a gift, tell us when you enquire and we will leave the invoice out.
