We take care to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Colours may appear differently between screens, and handmade elements vary slightly between pieces.
Product specifications, measurements and materials shown on this site are currently placeholder details and will be confirmed before launch.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) as a guide and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. They may change at any time, and the price for your order is the one we confirm to you in writing when you enquire. A price shown here is not an offer to sell.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website. Payment is arranged with us directly once an order is confirmed. We never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp message.
Orders
An enquiry is not an order. An order exists once we have confirmed the piece, the price and the delivery arrangements with you. We may decline an enquiry — for example if a piece is unavailable or a price shown here was in error.
Cancellation and returns
Your right to return unworn pieces is set out in our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Because orders are arranged directly, cancellations are also arranged directly.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography, and the Menaminiki name and logo — belongs to Menaminiki Porkalasam Jewellery or is used with permission. Please do not reproduce it without asking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
