The short version
Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a refund or exchange.
What is eligible
A piece can be returned if it is:
- unworn and undamaged;
- returned with its box, pouch and any tags still attached;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
What is not eligible
- Made-to-order and personalised pieces, including anything engraved.
- Earrings that have been worn, for hygiene reasons.
- Pieces returned after 14 days, or without their original packaging.
- Pieces damaged by wear, impact, or contact with chemicals.
How to start a return
Because orders are arranged directly with us rather than through a checkout, returns are arranged the same way.
- Message us on WhatsApp, or write to hello@example.com, within 14 days of delivery. Tell us which piece you are returning and why.
- We confirm the return and share the address to send it to.
- Pack the piece in its original box and pouch, and send it with a tracked service.
Who bears the cost of return shipping is a placeholder detail pending confirmation.
Refunds
Once the returned piece has been received and checked, refunds are issued through the same method used for payment. Please allow 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Faults and damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault that is not the result of wear, send us photographs within seven days of delivery and we will put it right.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
